Learning Objectives:
1. Identify obstacles in creating a healthy (and tasty) meal on a budget and recognize how to overcome them with the use of creative cooking techniques, spices etc.

2. Apply the newly learned cooking techniques in counseling patients/clients looking for advice on how to create restaurant quality meal (on a budget) in their homes
​
